What began as a chance meeting between Central Stores and The Oak soon grew into something truly special. From that first spark, Thomas and Charlotte’s story unfolded into one filled with laughter, adventure, and countless treasured memories. Late-night conversations, cosy Sunday morning pancakes, and an appreciation for the little things became the foundation of a life built together.

Their journey took them from relaxed drives with nowhere in mind to dreaming about a future side by side. After 1,137 wonderful days together, Thomas asked Charlotte to marry them during a breathtaking sunset at Stalida Beach — a moment as beautiful as the journey that led them there. Charlotte said “Yes!” without hesitation.

Now, Thomas and Charlotte cannot wait to celebrate their next chapter, surrounded by the family and friends who mean the world to them. They’re so grateful to have you with them as they begin married life together.

What should I wear?

Think tuxedos or sharp dark suits with bow ties, paired with floor‑length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses.  If you’d like to echo the feel of the day, rich autumn hues—such as deep burgundy or warm neutrals—will complement our wedding style beautifully. 

Where do I go when I arrive?

When you arrive at Carden Park, follow signs to the main entrance and continue past the hotel, following the road around to the rear car park. This is the closest parking to the Shooting Suite, where our ceremony will take place. Our ushers and on‑site signage will be there to guide you.

To keep the bride’s entrance a truly special moment, we kindly ask that guests vacate the reception area by 11:30am.

I’m planning to stay at the hotel — what time is check‑in?

Hotel check‑in is from 3:00pm. As guests will be seated for the ceremony by 11:30am, we recommend arriving a little earlier if you wish to drop off your bags.
If you wish to leave luggage with the concierge you can complete check‑in later during the break between the Wedding Breakfast and the evening celebrations.

I’m planning to stay at the hotel - is there a room discount for wedding guests?

Yes, we have a discount code exclusively for our guests. When booking online, use GWWED26 to receive 10% off the night of 24th, plus up to two additional shoulder nights if required.

Can I bring a plus one?

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has limited space, so we’re only able to invite the guests named on each invitation. If a plus one has been included for you, this will be shown on your invite. Thank you so much for understanding — it truly means a lot to us.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when completing your RSVP form. We’ll make sure our wonderful catering team is aware, so they can happily accommodate any dietary requirements.
